Explore Hawaiʻi policies and data shaping corequisite math, transfer, articulation, and postsecondary student success.
See UH Executive Policy 5.209, Student Transfer and Inter-Campus Articulation. Comparable 100–499 courses transfer as baccalaureate-level credit, and systemwide articulation supports consistent transfer.
See UHCC Policy 5.213, Time to Degree: Corequisite. UH community colleges use corequisite math models and require students in programs needing math to reach college-level math no later than 30 credits.
See Hawaiʻi P-20’s Math Achievement Data Story. It follows public school students into the UH system and reports math preparation and postsecondary outcomes to inform policy and pathway improvement.
